  West steak and seafood is a phenomenal Steakhouse we enjoy going for their happy hour because at that time they serve meals that they would normally serve on their regular menu but without all the potatoes and filler this particular evening we had the lamb chops as well as the short ribs well the entire meal was just perfect. The short ribs were served on a truffle mashed potato with seared broccoli and they were fantastic the lamb chops were cooked perfectly and they too were delicious. I must say everything that evening was perfect including the service our wait person Alyn was spot-on in everything she did happy helpful and very energetic next time we go to West Steak and Seafood we will definitely be requesting Alyn as our server she made our evening.
