"CO2 issues" on the tap line so no craft beer pours or pitcher specials on NFL Sunday. Bartender (Cori) was rude and claimed "hands are tied" on deals today. While I was asking valid, reasonable questions about non-tap beer prices her reply was "Do you want a beer or what?" Extremely rude and unprofessional. She had absolutely no consideration nor sense of "ownership" to make deals when the actual deals are negated because of an "inconvenience." It's common sense to give your bar staff the ability to make those calls and give deals in the event that your posted deals aren't valid. No attempt was made by Cori to allow a replacement or substitution deal. The owner should have been on top of this and allowed other comparable deals. This establishment is a poorly run business with terrible service.
