  We first met Vincent at a home he was showing and right from the start his demeanor was calm and not "pushy" like many realtors are. Most people are interested in just getting as many potential clients as they can but Vincent was interested in getting to know us and our needs. We aren't "needy" clients, but we did require a lot of information and footwork from an agent and Vincent did not disappoint. We had very specific requirements for the home we were planning on buying as well as the home we were selling and Vincent managed both transactions smoothly and with a manner that was both friendly and professional. He was funny when we needed to lighten things up, aggressive when we needed him to get things done and thorough when we had detailed questions. He made us feel like we were the sole focus of his efforts even though at any given time he was helping 5-10 other clients just like us! This guy managed to sell our house (getting top dollar) and manage our purchase of another house (from a particularly challenging seller) and got them both to close within about 24 hours of each other. This guy is a pro, go with him and you'll not be disappointed.

  Clients want real estate agents who are knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and who truly have their back to serve their best interest. Vincent is a 17+ year seasoned agent who is hands on, and will research and find answers to any situation that arises in the ever-changing world of real estate. We hear stories of agents who get the listing, and then their clients never hear from them again. The opposite is the case with Vincent. In fact, he is known to be typically seen on the phone with his clients or on behalf of his clients' interests in an age when many opt for the easy email route. His cell phone battery needs constant recharging due to his dedication in addressing the needs of his clients. I have seen him go to bat for his clients, even to the point of protecting them against industry predators. Vincent is the agent to have on your side whether you're looking to buy or sell... or both.
